The Jacksonville Jaguars haven’t been making home run signings in the first 48 hours of free agency, but they’ve been making some really impressive signings nonetheless. There has been no overspending for Eric Decker, Michael Vick or other top targets, but there has been spending on guys like Red Bryant, Dekoda Watson and others that will make the Jags a better team in 2014.

One theme for Gus Bradley this offseason has been poaching former Seahawks defensive players to add to his roster, as Bryant has been signed already and Walter Thurmond III is being eyed. We can likely add Chris Clemons to that list after being cut on Wednesday.

Clemons isn’t a slam dunk to head to the Jaguars, but they have cap space, they’re becoming an attractive option and they may end up landing him before the dust settles.
