The San Diego Chargers have re-signed cornerback Richard Marshall to a one-year deal, according to NFL.com’s Ian Rapoport. Marshall sometimes struggles in coverage but is willing to get involved in the run defense. Michael Gehlken thinks that the Chargers will still address the position in the draft.
