New York Giants sign offensive guard John Jerry
By David Miniel

The New York Giants knew they had a lot of work to do during the offseason as far as their offensive line was concerned. They took a couple hits during the 2013 regular season once veteran’s David Diehl and David Baas fell to injuries.
Today they’ve announced that they have come to terms with former Miami Dolphins offensive guard John Jerry on a contract according to NFL on ESPN’s twitter handle.

With Baas becoming a free agent and Diehl deciding to call it a career after 11 years, this franchise was hoping to patch up this front-line. Starting quarterback Eli Manning was sacked 39 times last season, it wasn’t the worst in the league, but I’m sure this team is hoping to lower that number in 2014.
This team struggled on both sides of the ball to start off the year, opening with a win-less record for the first six games of the year. They also had offensive lineman Charles Brown on their radar.
