Johnny Manziel Pro Day: Twitter reactions to the workout
By Jack Crosby

Thursday morning, Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel took to the field in College Station for his Pro Day, his last chance to show NFL scouts what he can do before the NFL Draft hits this coming May.
Whether or not Johnny Football will succeed at the next level remains to be seen, but one thing is for certain: This was the most publicized pro day in history.
With that, of course, come the twitter reactions from people around the internet world:
Packers QB Aaron Rodgers weighed in with his thoughts:
Crazy to see how the coverage of pro days has changed in 9 years.

Of course, the music selection during the festivities caused a bit of a stir:
How come Johnny's not playing Public Enemy?

Manziel’s QB coach, George Whitfield, was also on hand to help his client…with his broom, of course:
QB coach George Whitfield takes out broom + runs at Manziel to simulate pass rusher.

Well, Aaron Rodgers is not a fan of the NFL Network commentary. I guess the odd man out is Kurt Warner.
2 of the 3 guys commenting on this workout right now have opinions that shouldn't be taken very seriously.

Right after the festivities got underway, former President George Bush popped in to join the party.
Surreal scene here in College Station. Overflow of media, scouts, coaches, execs, and George and Barbara Bush just arrived on a golf cart.

Oh, the broom jokes have just been tremendous:
Johnny Manziel's Pro Day broom was just taken by the Cleveland Browns with the 4th pick of the Draft.

EVERYONE WANTS THE BROOM:
Still in play for the Raiders at No.5. MT @joshkatzowitz: You know who's been really unimpressive, the broom. Hasn't made a single play

But don’t forget, he is actually trying to impress scouts, and he’s doing a pretty good job:
By my count, that was a 60 yard bomb from Manziel down the sideline.

NFL.com analyst Gil Brandt weighs in:
Manziel attacking short left/right slot areas. Had only 27 total attempts in those areas during season. Trying to prove something here.

Even right in the middle of March Madness, ESPN’s Seth Greenberg shares his thoughts:
Johnny Football putting on a show and he knows it.

Also, the photoshops are tremendous:
There’s has never been a Pro Day like this before, and I’m sure there might not be one like it ever again.
Get ready, NFL.
