Report: Raiders, Maurice Jones-Drew agree to deal

Veteran running back Maurice Jones-Drew traveled out to the West Coast on Thursday night for a meeting with the Oakland Raiders, and many believed that a deal was going to be coming in the near future.

As it turns out, a deal is reportedly already done.

According to CSNBayArea.com, Jones-Drew has agreed to terms on a contract with the Raiders and the deal will be signed and official if Jones-Drew is able to pass his physical with the team.

This is the same situation we had with Mark Sanchez and the Philadelphia Eagles a day ago, so it appears all but certain that a deal will fall into place.

Jones-Drew will now be finishing out his professional career with his hometown team.
