Jets not interested in DeSean Jackson, not one of seven teams that contacted him
By Mike Dyce

Former Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver was reportedly contacted by a slew of NFL teams following his release on Friday. There has been a lot of talk since former Eagle Michael Vick joined the New York Jets that he’d love to reunite with his former teammate. However, the New York Daily News‘ Manish Mehta reports that the Jets are not one of those teams that reached out to him.
Six teams reached out to DeSean Jackson's camp yesterday, per @AdamSchefter. I'm told that Jets GM John Idzik did not. #nyj

And Adam Schefter

confirmed the report.
Jets are NOT one of the nine teams that now have inquired on free-agent WR DeSean Jackson.

Still, having nine teams interested in your services isn’t a bad start to free agency. Jackson reportedly told the Oakland Raiders he was interested before the Eagles released him.
