Former Fresno State Bulldogs quarterback Derek Carr is looking more and more like a first round pick in the 2014 NFL draft after a standout final season in college and a strong offseason.
The team who drafts him is undoubtedly hoping he’ll have a better career than his older brother and former No. 1 overall pick, David Carr, but according to Derek’s appearance on the 95.7 The Game, he’s been told teams have told him they would sign his older brother to be his backup.

David last played for the New York Giants but was out of the league in 2013. Most teams like to have a veteran backing up their young potential franchise quarterback, but how cool would it be for it to be your older brother?
Don’t expect this potential family reunion to take place in Houston, however, but the Oakland Raiders could be a nice fit despite their trading for Matt Schaub this offseason.
