As the Oklahoma City Thunder were staging a fourth quarter rally, coming back from 17-point deficit in the final minutes of the game, star forward Kevin Durant appeared to injure his ankle.

Darnell Mayberry of The Oklahoman has the scoop from the floor.

Just after going down Durant drove through the lane and threw down a powerful dunk, hence Mayberry’s “He looks fine to me” tweet.

Obviously the Thunder need Durant healthy if they are going to make any noise in the postseason. Beyond he and point guard Russell Westbrook and the occasional outburst from power forward Serge Ibaka, the Thunder have had trouble finding any other scoring and ran into that problem again on Thursday night.

Durant seems fine, but it is certainly something to keep an eye on.
