Donald Sterling NBA press conference: live stream, start time, TV info and more
By Jack Crosby
Tuesday afternoon, after what has been a long, tumultuous weekend in the league, the NBA and commissioner Adam Silver will hold a press conference to discuss what they found in their investigation of Los Angeles Clippers Donald Sterling in regards to the alleged racist comments he made that were released late Friday night.
In case you need a refresher, Sterling was supposedly caught on tape making derogatory remarks toward African Americans to his girlfriend, who was the one recording the conversation. He was expressing his displeasure with her posting pictures of her on social media with African Americans, then the talk even steered in the direction of Sterling saying that he did not want Magic Johnson at any of his games.
Since the tape leaked, the fallout has been tremendous. Seemingly everyone of importance in the sports and entertainment world have weighed in with their thoughts, the Clippers themselves, right before their playoff game with the Warriors on Sunday protested by dropping their warm up uniforms mid-court and turning their shirts inside out, not to mention basically every sponsor the team had pulled their agreements.
So on Tuesday, we will finally get word from the league not only about what sort of punishment Sterling will be receiving, but just how harsh it will end up being.
Here’s how you can watch it all unfold live:
