In just over 24 hours, Johnny Manziel will officially be a professional football player in the NFL, as it’s expected that he’ll be taken at some point in the first round of the NFL Draft.

While Manziel might not be the most talented player in the draft this year, we do know, and have known for quite some time, that he’s certainly the most marketable. This fact was evidenced with the recent bidding war that Nike won with Under Armour for his services.

Now, Manziel is looking to take things a step further as Darren Rovell is reporting that Johnny Football has filed to trademark his own logo.

It seems like a rather plain logo with a little cleverness tossed in with the roman numeral no. 2 thrown into the mix to signify his jersey number.

As of right now, Manziel is projected to not only go in the first round, but he could land somewhere within the top 10, with the slight chance still alive that someone could trade up and take him at no. 1 overall.
