On Wednesday night a.k.a. NFL Draft Eve, Mike Mayock of the NFL Network will be releasing his first and only mock draft of the draft season. To provide some primer for Mayock mock, NFL.com has released the first fifteen picks from Mayock’s draft.

There are three things that immediately stand out.

Mayock seems to believe that a run on tackles will begin much earlier than most people have expected. The same can be said about cornerback, with Mayock having three within the first 15 picks.

Then, there is the quarterback position.

Mayock has only Blake Bortles going in the top 15 and none in the top ten. Yes, that means Johnny Manziel is not among Mayock’s top 15 selections.

Who made the cut?
