With the 2014 NFL Draft just over 24 hours away, the chatter is growing louder and reports are beginning to surface about exact draft plans for teams around the league. If the buzz is to be believed, Texas A&M’s Johnny Manziel will be a top three selection on Thursday night.

According to the John McClain of the Houston Chronicle, “word’s spreading among media” in New York that the Jacksonville Jaguars will make Manziel their selection with the No. 3 overall pick.

There was previously a belief that Jacksonville would be targeting a top pass rusher with their first pick in the draft, but Manziel would bring some excitement to a franchise that often finds themselves in the headlines for needing to “put butts in the seats.”

No one can do that better than Johnny Football.

On Thursday night we will learn exactly where Manziel will land, but the Jaguars appear to be his most likely suitor within the first five picks of tomorrow’s draft.
