The Carolina Panthers were on the clock with the No. 28 overall pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, and they ran their draft card up to the podium wasting no time. It should come as no surprise that the team’s selection was a wide receiver and it was Kelvin Benjamin of Florida State.

With Benjamin’s big body, Panthers quarterback Cam Newton is going to have a huge target to hit down the field.

It is a major improvement for Carolina on the outside.
