
The Seattle Seahawks shocked a lot of people back in the Super Bowl this past February when they defeated the Denver Broncos in Super Bowl 48, and defeated them handily, 43-8. But now the time to celebrate is over and it’s time to begin work toward repeating in 2014, and that begins with the offseason workouts.
Here’s a look at the upcoming OTA and workout schedule for the defending champs this spring and summer.
