In one of the more surprising NBA Draft Lotteries in the history of the league, the Cleveland Cavaliers, with a 1.7% chance to win, earned the top overall selection. They now will have their pick of the perceived top three players in the 2014 NBA Draft, a pair of former Kansas Jayhawks’ teammates, swingman Andrew Wiggins and and center Joel Embiid and former Duke Blue Devils’ forward Jabari Parker.

It is is the third time in the last four years the Cavaliers won the top overall pick and it will be their fifth top four pick in the same time frame. They have used those picks to make the following selections:

2011, first overall: Kyrie Irving
2011, fourth overall: Tristan Thompson
2012, fourth overall: Dion Waiters
2013, first overall: Anthony Bennett

That left the Milwaukee Bucks with the second selections and the Philadelphia 76ers with the third selection as every team in the top eight moved back one spot. By moving from eight to nine, the Detroit Pistons actually lost their pick to the Charlotte Hornets because of the Ben Gordon-Corey Maggette trade.

Below you can see video of each of the representatives reacting to where their teams are picking in the lottery. Some of the reactions are priceless.
