The New York Knicks probably face more questions than any other team in the league.

Their biggest question obviously involves the future of Carmelo Anthony. Anthony, the team’s best player and one of the league’s top scorers, can become a free agent in July and although Knicks’ president Phil Jackson told reporters he has told Anthony to think about opting in, most expect him to opt out.
The other question revolves around their head coach. It looked like the Knicks were going to hire Steve Kerr after they fired Mike Woodson, but Kerr instead opted to take the Golden State Warriors’ job instead.
With so many questions marks, many wonder if Jackson could simply decide to coach the team himself for a year.

Current Oklahoma City Thunder point guard Derek Fisher looks like the the top candidate for the job while former Golden State Warriors’ head coach Mark Jackson has recently been connected to the job and Anthony would reportedly “embrace” playing for Jackson.
