This is a game where we find out who the pretender is as this game takes place in the loser’s bracket, as neither of these teams opened up their Omaha trips the way they would have liked on Sunday.
Ole Miss nearly had a win in their grasp in what may have been the most exciting game of the weekend, but they ultimately lost to the Virginia Cavaliers in the ninth inning. There were a lot of high hopes for this team coming in, and now that could be all dashed.
Texas Tech also let one slip away, although not in walk-off fashion. They had a lead over TCU on Sunday, but they let that slip away in the eighth inning and now are on the brink of heading back to Lubbock empty-handed.
Here’s how you can watch all the action live on Tuesday:
Date: June 17
Start Time: 3 PM ET
Location: Omaha, NE
Stadium: TD Ameritrade Park
TV Info: ESPN2
