This will be the second game in two days between these two as on Friday, the Longhorns not only held off elimination, but they also handed Vanderbilt their first loss in Omaha this year, putting their backs to the wall.
Up until Friday, Vanderbilt has looked virtually invincible, but the Longhorns showed on Friday that they can indeed be beaten, and should they do it one more time, then it’ll be off to the best-of-three series to determine the College World Series championship against either Virginia or Ole Miss.
These are definitely two of the best teams that college baseball has to offer, but only one of them will be headed off to play for the ultimate prize in the sport when all is said and done.
Here’s how you can watch all the action live on Saturday:
Date: June 21
Start Time: 8 PM ET
Location: Omaha, NE
Stadium: TD Ameritrade Park
TV Info: ESPN
