LPGA: Projected Race to the CME Globe standings
Michelle Wie’s thrilling victory at the U.S. Women’s Open gives her 625 points in the Race to the CME Globe, and a healthy lead over third place Anna Nordqvist. Wie continues to trail Stacy Lewis in the Race, but it looks like the two players will fight to the finish for the million dollar bonus.

World no. 1 Stacy Lewis is the only player who is arguably having a better season than Wie. She finished second to Michelle at the Women’s Open for her twelfth top-10 in fourteen events. However, Wie finished second at the Kraft Nabisco and won the Open, so her performance in majors leads me to believe she is having a better season.
