The Philadelphia 76ers, in addition to having the third overall pick in the 2014 NBA Draft, also had the 10th overall pick in the first round. With their first selection early on, they took big man Joel Embiid out of Kansas, and with their second selection of the first round, they went the way of Elfrid Payton out of Louisiana-Lafayette.

Payton shot up the draft boards during the workouts recently, and hopefully he can live up to the hype in Philly.
