The Cleveland Cavaliers have been very busy on the phones the past few days, and with just a few hours until the NBA Draft gets underway, it’s becoming crunch time for them to figure out whether or not they want to keep the no. 1 overall pick they possess, or deal it.

The Philadelphia 76ers have been one of the slew of teams that have had talks with the Cavaliers, although things might be getting a little sweeter as time runs out for Cleveland on their end.
According to Chad Ford of ESPN, the 76ers are getting ready to make a much better offer to the Cavs for that top spot, where they would then select the player they want, either Jabari Parker or Andrew Wiggins.
Magic would take Jabari at 1 I'm told. But deal isn't done. Cavs were just gauging value of 4th & 12th pick. Sixers also upping offer for 1

It really does seem that, now, the Cavaliers are going to move out from the top spot, they’re just toying with all of the different offers in their heads. At this moment, they are in the driver’s seat with Joel Embiid no longer the consensus top pick, the only player they were really interested in taking in that slot.
It’s not known what sort of incentives the 76ers are willing to throw in there, but we’ll know in a few hours, that’s for sure.
