NBA Rumors: Chris Bosh, Dwyane Wade to opt out
By Josh Hill
The NBA offseason is upon us and that means we’re going to start hearing some big names decide to move on in their careers and test free agency to see what they can get on the open market. Down in Miami, the Heat have been wondering what will happen to the Big 3 and LeBron James got an early start on the opt-out party that it appears Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh will be joining shortly.

In a move that is hardly surprising to anyone who has been even just half paying attention to the NBA this season, the Miami Heat are expected to receive notice that both Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade will be opting out of their contracts to test free agency this summer.
This is actually great for the Heat as it basically sets the scale to zero and takes almost every single contract off the books. What this does is now allows the Heat to be able to offer a big contract to LeBron James and see what kind of pay cut the other two of the Big 3 will take.
It’s possible that we have seen the Big 3 play their last game together but the fact of the matter is this was an expected move and now the Heat have the flexibility to go out and do as they please in free agency.
