Heat Rumors: Miami reached out to Thabo Sefolosha
By Josh Hill
The Miami Heat are in a situation in which they need to re-sign the Big 3 but before they can do that they need to make sure they have a solid roster put together so that coming back to South Beach is something LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh actually want to do.

Miami doesn’t have a lot of money to spend on the open market but that doesn’t mean they can’t get solid role oplayers to come to South Beach to help out.
According to NBA insider Shams Charmania, the Miami Heat have reached out to Thabo Sefolosha with interest in possibly signing him.
Sefolosha also is getting interest from the Washington Wizards which could raise his price for the Heat but the interest from Miami could similarly raise the price for the Wizard. When it comes down to the two teams though, Miami seems like it might be a better fit for Sefolosha as he’s the type of role player that can come cheap enough for the Heat to afford.
Miami isn’t really jumping through hoops to sign free agents at the moment and adding someone in the first week of being able to do so might not happen but Sefolosha won’t be flying off the market and interest from the Heat might cause him to wait things out for a bit.
