Social media, namely Twitter, blew up when some internet sleuths found that a plane owned by one of Dan Gilbert’s companies was headed to Miami. News that Cleveland Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert’s plane was Miami bound created a frenzy that he was headed down there to work out a deal that would bring LeBron James back to Ohio.
Gilbert denied that he was headed to south Florida, but his plane landed there.

But like Gilbert said he is not on it. Apparently former Cavalier Zydrunas Ilgauskas was on the plane.
Been working on this for two hours but can now confirm from second source that LBJ's friend and former Cav Zydrunas Ilgauskas was on plane

There was animosity built up between Z and Cavs after his good friend Chris Grant was fired. Would be quite a coup for a final pitch to LBJ

After Grant's firing, Z was noticeably absent from team's management's box at Cavs games. Many around team thought he was done with org.
