Longhorns misspell Texas in media guide

The Big 12 media days were this week in Dallas, Texas at the Omni Hotel. Overall it was a successful event you could say, just a lot of interviews and publicity.

In the meantime the Texas athletic department released their media guide and it had one notable mistake, that they misspelled Texas on the footnote of some pages.

The context of it comes in the web address at the bottom of pages. Each page alternates between the web address and a player profile labeling.

It looks like a simple type but it is funny nonetheless. Makes you wonder if they just say screw it and leave that PDF up or if the go back in and fix the typo.

Either way it isn’t a huge deal, it is just kind of funny.
