The Dallas Cowboys added their name to the growing list of teams that have experienced training camp fights this year but they’re also on the list of teams that are staying away from disciplining their players for such actions.

Dez Bryant and J.J. Wilcox got into a scuffle at Cowboys camp and while Jerry Jones is typically a hot headed owner when things don’t run smoothly, he’s not opposed to a good old fashioned training camp throwdown between a couple of his young and talented players.
As pointed out by the Star-Telegram, Jones wasn’t all that upset that his players got into a fight, rather he was pretty amused by it and called it the best ‘tit-for-tat’ that he’s seen in the last 25 years.
"“I don’t want any of Wilcox,” Jones said. “He’s got the fastest hands on the team and I just want him with me. That’s the quickest I’ve seen on a football field. He can put ‘em on it.“Plus, he’s not afraid to go getcha either. This comes on the heels of not only numerous other camp fights but also the Chicago Bears suspending Martellus Bennett for fighting at their training camp, proving that not all owners think camp fights are fun and games to enjoy before the real action kicks off in September.
