The Phoenix Suns may have been the 2013-2014 NBA season’s biggest surprise. After finishing 25-57 the year before, the worst record in the Western Conference, the Suns improved to 48-34. Unfortunately, they missed out on the postseason by playing in the loaded conference (the Atlanta Hawks made the playoffs in the Eastern Conference with a 38-44 record).

The Suns, who still are trying to lock down restricted free agent guard Eric Bledsoe, already made a big move when they acquired Sacramento Kings’ point guard and his new four-year, $27 million deal in a sign-and-trade. The Suns also have collected plenty of assets over the past few years and had three first round picks. With the 14th-overall selection, they took former North Carolina State Wolfpack forward T.J. Warren. They then used the 18th-overall pick on former Syracuse Orange point guard Tyler Ennis, then selected Serbian guard Bogdan Bogdanović with the 27th-overall selection.

Per a press release, the Suns have signed both Ennis and Warren.

Warren, who was ranked as the 16th-best prospect by Jonathan Givony of Draft Express, went for 24.9 points, 7.1 rebounds, 1.8 steals and 1.1 assists per game. He shot 52.5% from the field, 26.7% from three and 69.0% from the free throw line. He measured in at 6’8.25 and 220 lbs. with a wingspan of 6’10.25.

Ennis put up 12.9 points, 5.5 assists and 3.4 rebounds per game while shooting 41.1% from the field, 35.3% from beyond the arc and 76.5% from the charity stripe. He measured in at 6’2.5 and 182 lbs. with a wingspan of 6’7.25. He was ranked by Jonathan Givony of Draft Express as the 12th-best prospect in the draft.
