The Miami Dolphins are riding high after an impressive outing this past weekend in week 2 of the preseason against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Dolphins defense looked excellent as they defeated the Bucs 20-14.

More from Miami Dolphins

Going into week 3 of the preseason against the Dallas Cowboys, the Dolphins will begin their roster cuts and shore up any issues ahead of the regular season opener against the New England Patriots on September 7th.

The Dolphins practiced this morning in South Florida, and during the stretch portion of the practice, recently acquired defensive back Louis Delmas showed off his dancing prowess as the speakers blared his favorite tunes. Thankfully the entire ordeal was caught on video for your viewing pleasure:

Did you also happen to notice safety Reshad Jones getting down with Delmas towards the end of the video? I would have to still give Delmas the victory over Jones in terms of dancing today.

Unfortunately, Delmas will be without Jones to start the regular season due to Jones’ violation of the NFL’s substance abuse policy. Jimmy Wilson will take Jones’ place for the first four games of the season, which means Delmas will have to play outstanding football to help the Dolphins win games.
