Are you sick of the ice bucket challenge yet?  Perhaps, but the people searching for a cure for ALS sure aren’t. With all of the viral publicity during this year’s challenge, people have raised more than $23 million for research.

There have been the goofy, from people having the coolers and buckets dropped on them along with the ice.
There have been the clever, such as Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl’s reenactment of the iconic scene from Carrie. There have been the arrogant, such as Charlie Sheen dumping a bucket of money over his head (he did donate all $10K in the bucket to ALS research at least).
Now, the Athletes First organization is offering a $10K donation to ALS for the first player to do the ice bucket challenge in a game after scoring a touchdown.

While you will have no shortage of football players willing to do this, we all know that the NFL frowns on end zone celebrations.
Would they consider this a celebration? Â If so, will Athletes First pay the fine associated with the ice bucket to Herr Goodell?
The caveat to the Athletes First challenge is that it must be done without props.
That is the part that the NFL players could have a problem with.
