Fans have become accustomed to hearing about NFL players being fined or disciplined for any number of violations during the regular season.

Whether it is an illegal hit on a quarterback or a hit on a defenseless player, the athletes are being subject to fines at a rapid rate.
With all of the fines, fans begin to question where all that money goes.
