The Cleveland Cavaliers have finally acquired Kevin Love following a month of talking about it and an even longer period of time that saw them contemplate a trade.

More from Cleveland Cavaliers

But with Kevin Love coming into town, someone is going to inevitably have to leave and the biggest piece heading back to Minnesota is No. 1 overall pick Andrew Wiggins. Fans in Cleveland were pretty behind Wiggins when he was drafted but now all of those jerseys that were bought are going to be wasted as Wiggins won’t play a single minute for the Cavaliers.

As a result, the Cavaliers have sent home a letter to the fans who bought a Wiggins jersey instructing them what they can do with the jersey that they bought.

These are pretty standard solutions to the problem but it’s nice to know that the Cavaliers are at least working with fans who bought a jersey so that they’re not stranded with an expensive purchase that is no better than a losing lottery ticket.
