No. 7 – Elvis Dumervil – OLB – Baltimore Ravens

Elvis Dumervil may not have played a ton of snaps last year, but when he was on the field he was a living terror for opposing QBs. His 61 QB pressures on only 574 snaps means that he pressured the QB on 10.63% of the plays that he was on the field. That was the highest percentage by any defender that I found not named Robert Quinn.

He had the fifth highest PFF pass rush grade of all the players on this top ten list and the best grade by any 3-4 OLB. For a point of comparison, Aldon Smith played a similar number of snaps last season but ended up with one less sack, two less QB hits, and three less QB hurries. The Denver Broncos are probably still kicking themselves over letting this talented pass rusher slip through their fingers over a poorly timed fax.
