The Rebels have quite the challenge on Thursday’s opening night in college football, taking on the Boise State Broncos in the Chick-Fil-A Classic in the Georgia Dome in Atlanta.
The Rebels got off to a very poor start early, letting the Broncos pile up a few first downs with a couple of nice drives. The Rebels probably should have been down early in the game but an interception by Senquez Golson in the end zone kept the Broncos off of the board.
The Broncos’ near-scoring drive was set up when Wallace was picked off Broncos’ safety Jeremy Ioane.
