The Indiana Pacers are missing ont of their key cogs this upcoming season as Paul George isn’t going to be in action at all and may not even be ready to start the 2015-16 season.

This has left a whole at small forward that the team has yet to fill, and that’s something that has become an issue fans are fretting about.
According to Basketball Insider’s Steve Kyler, the Pacers indeed have a gap at small forward but are content with seeing how things go before they start blowing up their roster.
"From my understanding the Pacers plan to see if what they have works, mainly because they don’t have a lot of room to do anything without breaking up the team. The guy to watch is Solomon Hill, he was drafted to be the Danny Granger replacement, so we’ll see if he can be that guy in camp. I don’t think you can label a team as “content” when they lose their best player for a year. Injuries create opportunity, if not they’ll make changes mid-season."
The Pacers lost Paul George during the Team USA World Cup training camp but they still haven’t filled his role on the team. That’s alright though as the Pacers have a roster that will almost certainly make the playoffs anyways and it’s just a matter of finding out what works and what doesn’t while George recovers.
