UPDATE (Sept. 10 – 2 p.m. ET): Alshon Jeffery did not practice on Wednesday.
UPDATE (Sept. 7 – 7 p.m. ET): According to head coach Marc Trestman, Jeffery’s hamstring injury is not believed to be serious. [ESPN]
Jeffery’s hamstring injury occurred in the season opener against the Buffalo Bills. The injury kept Jeffery out of the fourth quarter and overtime as the team went on to lose. Jeffery is completely expected to play in Week 2 barring a setback during the week.
