Sean Payton buys 100 Devon Still jerseys for cancer research
By Cory Buck
New Orleans Saints head coach Sean Payton was the latest to be swept away by the story of Devon Still, who was signed by the Cinicinnati Bengals for the express purpose of providing funds for his daughter’s fight against cancer. While Still’s jersey has been flying off shelves since it was revealed the proceeds from its sale would go toward pediatric cancer research, Payton set the donation bar high by purchasing 100 of said jerseys, per ESPN.
Still was quickly appreciative of the gesture, taking to Twitter to send along a special thanks.

Still’s four-year-old daughter is fighting Stage 4 pediatric cancer and the Bengals signed Still so that he could afford her care, which was a heartwarming enough story in and of itself. Now to see another member of the league go above and beyond is just a great sign that there is still plenty of good in a league that has lately brought a storm of bad press onto itself.
Anyone wishing to purchase a jersey and contribute to the cause can visit the Bengals website and make the $100 purchase.
