4. Victor Oladipo, Orlando Magic

The Orlando Magic selected Indiana guard Victor Oladipo with the second overall pick in the 2013 NBA Draft, and they were very happy with what they saw from him last year. He has great athleticism to go along with a great work ethic and all-around skill. His potential is through the roof, and he is expected to take a huge step this coming season.

Oladipo ended up averaging 13.8 points, 4.1 assists, and 4.1 rebounds per game last season, and did a lot of that work coming off of the bench. He will take on a starting role this season, and will have more consistency with his minutes. There is no question that the Magic are going to begin building around him for the future, and he has the potential to become one of the better players in the league in the next few seasons.

All of that being said, the Magic are expecting to see a star in the making this season. He may not be an All-Star, but he does have the talent to at least make people consider him for a spot as All-Star weekend approaches. Oladipo’s offensive game needed some work last season, but he is such a hard worker that he is expected to make those improvements this offseason.
