NFL’s 20 richest players of all-time
3. Eli Manning – $150,770,000
Manning, 33, is the second highest-paid player in the NFL in 2014 with a $15.15 million base salary, but the New York Giants’ signal-caller is not playing like he’s worthy of the money and he could find it difficult to get his career back on track with the lack of weapons surrounding him.
Nevertheless, Manning has two Super Bowl rings on his resume and the former No. 1 overall pick by the Chargers who was traded to the Giants in a draft day trade should be viewed as a worthy investment because of the championships he brought the city of New York.
He is struggling now but Manning could always cheer himself up by looking at his bank statement after the Giants lose another game after he tosses two or three interceptions.
