With college basketball season fast approaching, it seems that teams are starting to unveil new uniforms for this season. First we saw the likes of Kentucky, who made some minor adjustments to both their home and away uniforms, and Louisville debut some new looks for this year as well.

Now it’s Kansas rolling out some new jerseys, or you may even say rolling out some old jerseys in preparation for the upcoming season.

Last year, for a few games the Jayhawks wore uniforms with the cursive “Kansas” written across the front of the jersey. It was a better look than the usual block lettered font across the front and many were clamoring for Adidas to incorporate the style into a new uniform moving forward, and some even wanted the cursive font to become a permanent part of the Jayhawks uniforms in the future.

It looks like the Jayhawks will be wearing their retro uniforms at some point this season. It’s not known at this point whether these will be a regular uniform in 2015 for Kansas or if they will only wear them for a few select games. Either way this is a sharp look for Kansas and a good move to bring the retro uniforms for the new generation . /
