3. Bob Stoops- Oklahoma

Another big name head coach most likely being considered for the job. Stoops had previous interests in the Ohio State coaching vacancy and the Notre Dame coaching vacancy, and guess who rivals both of those programs? Michigan. Stoops may show interest in the Michigan job as well.

Bob Stoops has coached at Oklahoma since 1999 and maybe the 54-year-old is ready for a new challenge. His current record at Oklahoma is 163-39, a winning percentage of .807. He’s a two-time coach of the year, he’s won one national championship in 2000 and has eight Big 12 championships. Michigan could be throwing big money Stoops’ way. While he finds his Oklahoma team playing well in 2014, if they lose the Big 12 to Baylor, he may be looking to relocate.
