New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has been struggling on the field. Could it be a result of some bigger problems within the organization?

On Sunday morning, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady was in the news thanks to some potential drama that could be building in Foxboro.

According to ESPN’s Chris Mortensen on the ESPN NFL Sunday Countdown pre-game show, Brady is uncomfortable with some of the changes that have been made in the organization.

Specifically, Brady is uncomfortable with coaching and personnel changes.

While the Patriots’ decision makers may have egos that lead to the team often leaving Brady without the help that many top quarterbacks around the league have, perhaps they should start doing what they can to ensure they are setting their star signal-caller up for success.

As it currently stands, Tom Brady is being asked to do too much without any star receivers and without a legitimate starting running back.

That doesn’t even factor in the decision that was made prior to the start of the season to send the Patriots’ best offensive lineman, Logan Mankins, to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

It really shouldn’t come as a surprise that Brady is “uncomfortable” with the direction the team is going. Hopefully the Patriots brass will decide to listen before the situation takes a turn for the worse.
