Roy Hibbert denies Ricky Rubio

Last season during their failed playoff run, Roy Hibbert took the most heat out of really anyone on the Indiana Pacers. As a matter of fact, with his production being virtually non-existent, a lot of the blame was cast upon him, and with Paul George likely out for the season, even more of the pressure is on him to perform this year.

Well, if the preseason is any indication, he’s off to a good start of getting back to his old self.

The Pacers are playing the Timberwolves tonight in preseason action, and at one point in the contest, Ricky Rubio went to the land and decided to challenge Hibbert.

That was a bad idea:


If the Pacers can get that Roy Hibbert that you see in the video above all year, then they’ll be in good shape. But should they make the playoffs, which Hibbert will show up this time?
