We’ve seen a lot of notable moments from Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler, both good and bad. Most of the time the bad moments seem to outweigh the good. On Sunday, Cutler made what will be one of the more memorable plays from this weekend against the Falcons, and it doesn’t fall into either the good or bad category.
It’s just flat out hilarious.
Watch in the video below as, while trying to make something happen under pressure, Cutler just tosses the ball forward, where it ended up hitting the poor referee who was just standing there right in the junk.
Cutler should not have tossed that ball in the first place, probably, because something much worse than a referee getting hit in the privates could have happened, such as a signature Cutler pick. Throw in the fact also that he just wired it into the open field with his left hand, and you can see that it could have indeed been much worse for Cutler and the Bears.
Instead, though, we get this moment to watch over and over until it’s not funny anymore. Might be a while before that happens.
