It is easy to forget there is still baseball left in the day after the thrilling finish to the American League Championship Series, that saw the Kansas City Royals complete the sweep of the Baltimore Orioles.
The San Francisco Giants are taking on the St. Louis Cardinals in the National League Championship Series, and former slugger Barry Bonds was on hand to throw out the first pitch.
Bonds, however, was gimpy from hip surgery and had to use crutches to get to the mound. He then dropped the crutches to throw the first pitch, basically one one leg.

Bonds is sitting in golf cart, waiting to be driven onto field for first pitch. Hobbling out on crutches. Will watch game from home.

Bonds still moves a crowd. He is easing back into golf cart, getting ready to head out of ballpark. He has a condo few blocks away.
