In protest of the way the network has been handling the issues of Jameis Winston as of late, Florida State football fans may be planning a boycott of ESPN College GameDay this Saturday when the team takes on Notre Dame.

If you turn on ESPN at any given point of the day lately, the chances are pretty good that you will see the network reporting something in regards for Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston. If they’re not reporting new news, then they’re having someone give their opinion on the Heisman winner’s recent struggles, and usually not in a positive light.

Well, Seminole fans have had enough and now might want to take out their anger on the network by boycotting the network’s flagship college football show, College GameDay, when they are in Tallahassee this Saturday before the showdown with undefeated Notre Dame.

ESPN has been all over the Winston coverage throughout the past few days, especially in regards to the school investigating autographs that Winston has signed. All you have to do, for the most part, is go do a twitter search of, “#FSUTwitter,” and you will see that the fan base is not happy with ESPN, like a lot of people aren’t at various times throughout the year with their coverage of some stories.

Now whether or not this actually gets carried out this Saturday remains to be seen. But if any fans can do it, it’s Florida State’s. Don’t challenge them.
