The Houston Rockets had a whole bunch of events around McAllen, Texas today which included a spot at DHR Children’s Hospital for a few members of the team, including third-year big man Donatas Motiejunas and rookie guard Nick Johnson.

While at the hospital Johnson and Motiejunas did a few things to try and cheer up a bunch of kids in tough situations including playing in cars clearly not designed for NBA players, despite how happy and comfortable Johnson seems to be.

The teammates also couldn’t avoid getting a bit of competition into the trip, as Motiejunas posted this picture to his Instagram account asking fans to determine who did a better job coloring a picture of a bear.

The answer to that question is a bit tough to answer, thanks in part to the terrible picture taking skills that Montiejunas displayed. We really needed up close pictures of both of the colored bears to decide fairly. But based on the information we have the contest is clearly a tie.

Donatas did a better job coloring in the bear’s clothing using some shading techniques in the pants and shirt to get the different colors to pop. Johnson meanwhile just colored in the sleeves of the jacket the bear was wearing, though he gets points for doing it in Rockets red. But Johnson ties things up thanks to coloring in the bear. If Donatas had done that he would have run away with the contest.

Big props to both guys for staying completely in the lines though, that is never as easy as it looks.
