Denard Robinson-RB-Jacksonville Jaguars (0.5%)

This week Robinson finally got the carries that fantasy owners have been clamoring for since early in the season when it became apparent that Robinson offered the most upside in the rotation after the struggles of Toby Gerhart.  Robinson took it to the Browns this week running for 127 yards on his 22 carries while getting to the end zone.

The Jaguars are desperate any spark of life on offense, and Robinson gives them plenty of that in his versatile role as an “offensive weapon.”  There is still the specter of Gerhart’s possible return, but I expect Robinson to stay very involved with Gerhart finding little success even before his injury.

Robinson has the upside to be a nice flex play going forward starting this week against Miami who allowed a pair of touchdowns last week to Matt Forte.  He’s risky because of his undefined role, but his upside makes him worth a look if both McKinnon and Mason have already been scooped up in your league.
