4. Miami Heat

There weren’t many fans or media members that thought that the Miami Heat still had a chance at another NBA Finals run when LeBron James returned to the Cleveland Cavaliers, but they have shown that they’re still very talented this season. Chris Bosh has done an excellent job taking over as the number one scorer, and Dwyane Wade has looked fairly healthy as well.

Miami is going to have to figure out how to close out games against good teams, especially when the playoffs arrive. Despite that, they have the talent to figure it out and compete with anyone in a seven-game series. Assuming Wade and Bosh are able to stay healthy and continue playing at the level that they have been, the Heat are going to be a contender once again in the Eastern Conference.

It’s going to be an intriguing season to follow the Heat, and see what they are capable of without James. He wasn’t the only powering the Heat to those championships, but he did close out games for them in clutch situations. If the Heat can figure that out, they’ll be just fine.
