3. Justin Forsett, Baltimore Ravens

Perhaps one of the most overlooked players in the NFL this season has been Baltimore Ravens running back Justin Forsett. He has taken over for Ray Rice as the number one running back, and has done an excellent job proving himself to the league and coming through in a big way for Baltimore as well. If the Ravens want to make a run at the playoffs, they’ll need him to continue playing at a high level.

Forsett carried the football 20 times for 112 yards and two touchdowns on the afternoon, and was a huge leader for their offense. He is a perfect fit alongside of Joe Flacco and the offense, and will continue working hard every time he touches the football.

At 29 years of age, Forsett is finally getting a major opportunity to prove himself to the rest of the NFL. He hasn’t gotten consistent playing time all that much throughout his career, but due to unfortunate circumstances that has changed this season. Expect to see him continue putting up big numbers and helping carry the offensive load for the Ravens.
