Oklahoma City Thunder star Kevin Durant was talking smack with Houston Rockets‘ star Dwight Howard and called him a p-ssy multiple times in NBA action.

More from Houston Rockets

The Oklahoma City Thunder and Houston Rockets faced off tonight, and superstar Kevin Durant voiced his dislike for Dwight Howard multiple times. Durant has been very vocal on the sidelines as he heals from his foot injury, and repeatedly called Howard a “p-ssy” tonight during the game.

Howard ended up getting the last word as the Rockets knocked off the Thunder 69-65 in what might have been the ugliest offensive game that we see all season long. It is interesting to see Durant getting this vocal towards another player, as he is widely known as one of the calmest and most professional players in the league. Who knows what rubbed him the wrong way about Howard, but it was very obvious that he was not pleased with him tonight.

Kobe Bryant shared the same sentiment as Durant just a couple of weeks ago when the Los Angeles Lakers faced the Rockets, and it seems like there are plenty of players around the league that don’t like him. Bryant’s comments towards Howard were caught on video, and hopefully some video arises of Durant chirping at Howard from the sidelines as well.

All of that being said, the Thunder are now 3-8 following the loss and are absolutely reeling without Durant and Russell Westbrook being on the floor. Durant is not going to rush himself back from this injury, and will wait until he is completely healed before returning to the court. Hopefully he is able to get back on the floor soon, and will be the same dominant superstar that he was prior to the injury.
